terms and payment options
These terms and conditions
will apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the Circavintage
on-line store. By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance
of these terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer.
All postage prices quoted
on the site are for the UK only. For overseas buyers, please email
me for a shipping quote before completing checkout.
Purchasing
We reserve the right to change prices quoted on the website from
time to time and goods supplied via the website are subject to
availability.As some of the items in the on-line store will also
be on sale in our shop,we may occasionally be unable to send an
order.You are welcome to email or phone to check the availability
of any item.
Payment
You can pay online via Paypal--our secure server accepting all
major credit or debit cards. You do not need a Paypal account
for this.You will automatically be directed to this option when
using the shopping cart.
If you prefer to pay
by cheque ( 7 days to clear ) or postal order please email us
at circavintage@xln.co.uk detailing your chosen items. Subject
to availability you will be emailed an invoice with full payment
details.
We can also accept direct
bank transfers--these can be done on-line or via telephone banking
and are usually free, but please check with your own bank.
Returns
If you wish to return any items please email us at circavintage@xln.co.uk
and return the items within 7 days of receipt . Please return
items using recorded delivery or obtain a proof of posting from
your Post Office as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage
to goods being returned by you.
Goods must be returned
to us at your own cost, complete with packaging and with any tags/stickers
attached. No exceptions to this! Goods must be returned in their
original condition as despatched by us to you. You will receive
a refund for returned item within 21days of receipt of goods by
us. We offer refunds, exchanges or credits but we are unable to
refund postage charges for the despatch or return of items. We
reserve the right to refuse refunds, exchanges or credit on any
items if we believe it has been worn or damaged since despatch

* we sell vintage items and they may show some signs of wear commensurate
